ISM is a bit wider at front. If you feel like the cobb is pushing into soft tissue the ism may be a better option if it supports you better. That said many people end up using a zip strip to narrow their ism noses together so it becomes a narrower saddle.

Cobb 55 is a decent saddle. ISM PS 1.0, PN 3.0 and PR 2.0 are just destroying everything else in my fits these days. ISM PN3.0 in particular. I could literally just use that saddle and feel like I served my fit clients well. I still rotate through the JOF55, Mistica, Sitero, Randee, VFlow, TriStryke and that Selle Italia Iron Flow thing occasionally. I can't remember the last time a rider didn't pick an ISM when presented with a bunch of options quickly. The JOF55 is probably the next most selected saddle, but it's like 3%.
