If you own an e-bike, what do you like or dislike about it?

If you were to build, what would your ideal set up be (frame, motor, battery, controller, display)?

My next bike is going to be an e-bike for commuting. I'm looking at a few stock models but would prefer to build (as in from frame up, not conversion kit). My basic wants are a big motor (350W+) and big battery (500Wh min, easily removable) that integrate to a frame in a way that doesn't make it look like a complete frankenbike.
