Has anyone ever had any experience dealing with EnergyLab Sports' customer service department?
Long story short back in August while cleaning my bike I by dumb luck discovered that a 4-6 inch section of the carbon sidewall of my VC60 front wheel is extremely soft with next to zero structural rigidity. There is no visible external blemish to the carbon layup and the wheels have never been in an accident or dropped, etc. I surmise that is might be a manufacturing error and have been trying to get a hold of someone at EnergyLab Sports for the past 3 months with zero success. I have tried everything from the "contact us" option on their website to direct messaging via instagram; radio silence on all fronts.
I have stopped riding the wheels over the potential safety concern and at this point I just want to get in touch with anyone at EnergyLab Sports to discuss this issues.
