Anybody have suggestions for tracks that are open to the public?

I wish there was a https://www.swimmersguide.com/ equivalent for tracks.. maybe there is?

I live in Jupiter (20 min or so north of PB) and I have found tracks very difficult to get on. I've been thrown off more times than I can count.

The Jupiter high school track is open to the public m,w,f from 530-7am. I believe it's open on Sunday as well but I don't remember the exact time.
