Hello slowtwitch,
Last year I did a bikefit with a professional triathlete that was offering (imo professional) fitting services as well. Felt like a step change at the time, but I'm increasingly getting the impression that there is still plenty of room for further improvements. Specifically, I feel like my upper body is too much upright, that my head is still catching a lot of wind, that I'm not leaning forward sufficiently and that, more generally, my bike is too small (size 54, 6 foot tall).
If someone with a sharp eye here could confirm or reject my impressions, and maybe propose some tips to improve my position, that would be very much appreciated.
Thanks a million,
Regards,
