After a recent health scare a friend has decided that he'd like to start riding, and is looking at Zwift to get started over the winter. He has a road bike already but wants to get a stationary/spin type bike so that he and his girlfriend can both use it without the hassle of switching bikes between trainers (and they don't have the space in their condo for a 2-bike/2-trainer setup).

The only bike we could find that provides full functionality - controllable resistance, etc - with Zwift is the Wattbike Atom, which isn't available in the US. Are there any other options he could consider?
