It usually takes a couple of weeks for the emails to go out. If you're looking for a roll-down slot, it may take longer while they wait for anyone above to answer.

DL qualifiers have until 11/5/18 to register. Roll down occurs after that closes.

If you're in the roll down spots, they tend to roll all the way down in my experience. Tough to say though, where are you in the rolldown? If you're on the far end, it might be a while while people in front get a month or two to take their slots or not.
