I have seen this being raced in the pro peloton all year and have been eagerly waiting for them to be released. I got on the Met bandwagon after watching Frodeno wear their Drone without sponsorship due to how aero they were. I like wearing a visor on the bike and due to the amount of air volume around your face/head it is one of the few aero helmets I am still happy to have on my head at the end of an Ironman that gets warm.

To me it appears the Codatronca takes a lot of the best aspects of the Giro Aerohead especially the visor is 120g lighter (hopefully cooler) and then crossed with the new Kask. Alas looks like a good Ironman option helmet to me. I see Frederick Van Lierde was wearing on at Kona. It may not be a great option for those in the US as in discussion the Drone I don't think was ever approved to use there. I really like it and will look into getting one...
