The nitrogen pressurized Fisher Space Pen. Available in low-vis black and also silver. Developed by Fisher for the space program to write at any angle and in a zero gravity environment, an important feature for triathletes. Also, this pen has what is likely the lowest drag coefficeint of any pen in its class. Prior to the introduction of on-line registration for events, I used this pen with success to complete race entry forms and had no fit issues.
http://www.spacepen.com/usa/index2.htm I mean, come on TD. The best pen for triathletes is the one that fits you best. You should go to a few local office supply stores and tell them that you're looking for a writing instrument. Then you should try all the writing instruments they suggest. Don't buy a Fisher just because it looks cool or because everyone on slowtwitch has one, or even because Gerard, er, their CEO sometimes responds to posts.
Your hand is unique. What fits you may not fit me.
Besides, Fisher doesn't have a carbon model.
