No. He and Starky will light up the bike. Starky will win the bike because Wurf wants an overall result. Otherwise he’d gap Starky at the tail end.
But he will NOT win. The runners will bring it home.

I think wurf can go 255 on a perfect day. He put 230 on Lange thru 19 miles. 230 x 6 is 15 minutes. Lange is riding harder than he did last year. It’s not out of the question that wurf can win this thing. Also, did sebi flat or mechanical early on?

Also agree that Wurf could pull this off, if he lets Starky’s ego do the work. Race is wide open with Sanders & Sebi so far back.

Is Wurf crumbling? Or just not running as fast as Lange? It was way too calm today for Wurf to have a chance. If it would’ve been windy maybe he could have gotten a 15 min lead on the runners.

But he started awfully fast on the run, and every mile split has been slower than the last, which typically isn't a good sign. And that puts him, currently at :20/:30 mile slower than the guys breathing down his neck. It looks like he'll be doing very, very well to stay in the top 10.
