I have crashed my bike and broke my hand. Doc just officially ruled me out IMAZ.

That being said I just cancelled 4 rooms at the Best Western Inn of Tempe.
It's a sponsored hotel so they give an Ironman discount too.
I've stayed here before and love the proximity to the race.
It's basically on the run course and about a mile walk from the start/finish line.

Just throwing it out there if anyone is looking for rooms that hasn't booked yet.
