Bike route in Colorado Springs, CO

Hello,

I am looking for a great bike route in Colorado Springs, Co. Recommend me several bike route in CS that have width bike lane. Also, recommend me to several great bike group ride. I am located in Downtown area. Other tip related to triathlon training will be great.

Check out COS Racing (my team) or SoCoVelo. Also ask for info at Criterium Bicycles.

What part of town do you live?

Cascade has a wide bike lane, and there's a good bike trail along Mark Dabling. But there are other great routes with low traffic.

Acacia Park (center of downtown) has daily rides that are pretty fast. Saturday's and Sunday's start at 10 A.M., I would suggest not showing up on a TT bike.

If you are looking for a place to ride this winter in Colorado Springs, you should check out the Velodrome. They have scheduled learn to ride sessions.

It is a fantastic place to ride when the weather is crappy outside.
