would you happen to know of any issues with connection dropouts with power meters? I never really had this issue with my old garmin edge 520 but I know others did with dropouts with stages power meters. I wonder if with wahoo connecting via bluetooth would be betters since garmin edge 520 only can connect with ant+

We both use powermeters and we haven't had any problems with dropouts with either device. I'm using ant+ to connect on my wahoo.

I hope the rumored Wahoo tri watch becomes reality, and I'll probably abandon the Garmin ecosphere for good.

It's happening:

i doubt the watch is happening.

That's sad. I was looking forward to a good Garmin competitor.

Suunto doesn’t count? They sound nice but I don’t have any experience with them

My wife had an older Suunto tri watch. It’s awesome!

However the newer ones don’t support ANT+. My PM is still ANT only, so they’re a nonstarter for me (and I guess many people too).

I'm using 520. Where the 520 does suck - strava segments. I dont know why Garmin still haven't fixed overlapped strava segments issue. Im thinking to sell my 520 and got wahoo, since it works better with segments.
