I accidentally bought the flat mount version of the TRP Spyre SLC disc brakes for a new gravel/CX bike. I just realized that the fork is a post mount fork. Do they make an adapter to fit the flat mount brakes to the post mount fork or am I out of luck? Thank you.

I'm 99% it's not possible, you can only adapt the other way around: flat mount frame/frame and post mount caliper. I'm running that configuration on one of my bikes right now.
