Peaked but need recovery vs taper

I've peaked volume and CTL wise for my race last week. I was planning on tapering the long workouts over the next 3 weeks while increasing intensity. However, I feel like I need a break from the long stuff all together and just need recovery. Also, my schedule doesn't allow me to be very flexible with the longer workouts this week. Week 3 was going to be 4-4.5hr ride and 1.5 hr for the long stuff. Should I just move it to week 2 then taper the final week of the race? I can fit long run in 10 days out from race and long ride 8 days out.
