Chest strap, no, no idea what my zones are, will have to do that next I guess

That's a good question to raise. I am constantly amazed at how many people automatically assume that wrist-based measurements are correct, when in fact they are prone to all sorts of artifacts (my wife gave up and went back to using a chest strap).
