"You are with me" is the title.
I'm too lazy to watch the video - sorry.

I'll take a stab at it, though there are a few interpretations of the lyrics. Also, he's difficult to understand in some phrases...
You are with me, whenever I'm alone.
And so pretty, you stay in my mind.
You are with me, whenever I'm alone.
These days, you're with me all the time.
Sometimes, I go out for the night
And I talk, and I laugh with my friends
But it's always the same thing, I'm not really there
I'm only waiting for the moment to be with you
Because you are with me, whenever I'm alone
And so pretty, you stay in my mind.
You are with me, whenever I'm alone.
These days, you're with me all the time.
My future with you is certain
I know that you will always be heeeeere with me.
You are with me, whenever I'm alone.
And so pretty, you stay in my mind.
You are with me, whenever I'm alone.
These days, you're with me all the time.

I had to listened multiple times because your translation of the second sentence looks fine but the French version made little sense.
I finally got it. Sounds like he says "et tant jolie, tu es dans mon esprit" but he says 'et ton joli visage reste dans mon esprit".
So
and your pretty face stays in my mind

I like the first song, but not so much this second one. I'll stick with Alouette instead.

The original version was from a Belgian dude (Plastic Bertrand) ;-)

The drummer is inspiring.

We used to play it, because it's got such a fun sound, and our singer would make up his own lyrics as they came to him. never the same twice

The French usually refer to this as 'faire du yaourt' (make some yogurt)...when you don't know the lyrics because you don't know the language, so you just make up your own crap ;-)
