Shimano levers (Dura-Ace TT78 I think?) and Orbea calipers. Purchased this bike used and was wondering if these actually came from the factory like this. Also, if these are the levers I think they are, are these calipers also decent? The pads on them are shaped like Shimano Ultegra. I'm confused.

Probably some relabeled Tektro/TRP calipers. Certainly more than sufficiently capable, especially with a set of Kool Stop pads.

Turns out the levers are not dura Ace, but are tt78. Brakes appear to be Orbea-branded Shimano...? Is that a thing? As Gary P mentions above, likely manufacturer-relabeled Tektros or similar. I have a set of "Cervelo" calipers in my parts bin that are identical to the ones you pictured.
Thanks so much. I really appreciate the info. They seem pretty serviceable so I'll just swap out the pads for now. Thanks!
