HI -- I am trying to understand if/how the "Range" functionality of structured workouts works for you in TrainingPeaks. Please specific which Smart Trainer and head unit you are using.
I have a Neo Tacx. The "Range" functionality doesn't seem to work. It simply sets the wattage target to the bottom of the range. Does it work better with a Wahoo Kickr?
The issue I'm really try to solve for is how to program in "building intervals" into my structured workouts. For example -- my coach might prescribe "1 min build from Z3 to max at 90-100 RPM". Today I only use target mode, and chop up the 1 min interval into 4 15 sec intervals at different wattage, but I'd rater have just 1 interval.
