?? About the Specialized CG-R seatpost

Hi,
I know this post is designed for a 20 degree offset. My question is can it be used in a forward position and still work in terms of comfort.

That seatpost has a 25 MILLIMETER offset.

(based on looking at pictures) It should be possible due tot eh clamp design, but it might not work as well for comfort because the flex direction would be on a forward slope not vertical. Can't hurt to try though.

Maybe more according to some people. I have one on my robouix and my ism was slammed back on my zip 2 cm off set post and its maybe a full cm forward on the rails with this post on the same bike at the same height.

I was just pointing out that setback is measured in millimeters, not degrees.

Understood.

I would think in reverse it would be insanely springy
