That's looks a lot of fun and stunningly beautiful. Plenty of time to kick back at the end of the day and enjoy the experience.

The distances appear quite manageable though there is some serious climbing.

I always look at 3000 meters (10000 feet) of climb and descent as being the gnarly end of the spectrum for a 50km race. This event has a 28 km (17.5 mile) stage with 3000 meters of vert!

So many outstanding trail races in Europe these days.
