Regarding carb quantity to reach ketosis, I found various results depending on the sources :

on some sources they say less than 50g per day (really absorbed, I guess, so may be avocados do not count :-)
on other sources, they say less than 20% of calories absorbed
- if sedentary (75kg), approx 2200 Cal (kcal) per day, 20% is 440 Cal, so around 110g per day will be the maximum
- if training, then more than that, based on workout Cal count

So, less than 50 to 100g if no training, and if training add in carb calories 20% of calories used in the workout ?
Make sense as for aerobic training under ketosis, that will be approx the amount of glycogen calories used, vs around 50% with no permanent ketosis (at 60% PMA) ?
