I am looking for a new bike frame and I am not sure whether to go with a Aluminiun frame or a Carbon one. Besides weight does anyone have thoughts one way or the other?

I have had an Aluminium frame but never a carbon one. I will use it for training and may branch out to do a few early season road races. Thanks For you thoughts.
