Computrainer replacement parts membership

Did anyone here buy into the Computrainer replacement parts membership last summer?

Is anyone able to find the replacement parts link? I purchased a group membership for some friends and me. I've used the replacement parts program once awhile back but now someone else needs a part. The original link I was given no longer works, 'racemate closed' on the website, emails get bounced back, the sales@racermateinc.com emails now get forwarded to Quarg and they only bought the velotron side and don't know anything about Computrainer parts.

Any suggestions, or are Computrainer parts all gone and that was money down the drain??

Thanks
Debbie

You are pretty much out of luck. Really, really glad I decided not to buy the replacement parts program. I figured I'd just run my computrainer until it went out and then move on (which I eventually did to a Hammer). But for a studio that has multiple trainers, this was a painful bankruptcy.

Dan said he was going to look into it. Did he ever update? Not sure if I missed it or not.

Oh thanks. Somehow that didn't turn up in my search for computrainer or maybe I just missed it. Would be interesting to hear if Dan found anything out. But definitely not the end of the world as 5 of us went in on the business model, so each only out $40. But one of the five thinks she needs a new AC adapter.

Thanks

Computrainer went into Chapter 11? Or did it just sell off and has been left in the ditch on the side of the road?

Thanks.
I almost bought into the program, but decided used Compu's were selling cheap enough I'd just buy another if something broke. Still, be nice to be able to pick up some replacement parts for small stuff if alternatives are out there. Also, somebody should bring light to the cash grab if that's what this program was. :(
