Goal IF on bike in hot/humid Ironman

Obviously, you need to dial down your intensity on the bike in a hot/humid IM but how much do you back off to survive the run?

Did my first IM in hot/humid conditions last year, decided to drop goal power by 25 watts and ended up with .65, still good enough for 5:05. Ran conservatively to keep HR in check and negative split the run. I had a blast for the 10.5 hours while on course and was never on the verge of blowing up.
