Help with chainring choice!
My head is starting to spin trying to decide on chainring sizes and I hope someone can give me some advice!

I'm currently running 50/36 front (round chainrings) and 12-27 rear on 165mm cranks. I'm changing to 11-28 rear and 155mm cranks, but Rotor Q-rings. From what I understand, shorter cranks mean I should go smaller at the front and oval rings mean I can go bigger. So do I just stay the same?! And is 52/36 more versatile than 50/36. I should say that I'm more of a spinner, typically at least 100rpm, even on the hills. Mostly ride rolling terrain.

Thanks!
Nick
