The stock is BB30 with Al shell, FSA "green seal" bearings and 24mm reducers. The bike is used for elite triathlon racing, so the goal of upgrade is to squeeze maximum performance. After some home work I zoomed into CeramicSpeed BB30 Shimano road converter https://www.ceramicspeed.com/...s/bb30-shimano-road/. Has anyone installed it onto AR3 or similar bike? If so, how does it fit? Thanks!!

I have a wheels manufacturing outboard bb30 on my 2014 AR5. Over 20k miles now and still like butter.
It's awesome. I wouldn't go with ceramic bearing anything, personally, but would go with wheels mftg all day every day.

I have used a Hawk Racing BB30.24 with stainless steel bearings on my Felt AR for three years now without any issue.
