Completed the high course of the 2019 edition! All I can say is that this race is Brutal!!!
I know that Norseman is the bucket list of all hardcore triathletes, but after talking with a few athletes that did some Xtri events including Norseman I had the impression that Swedeman is much more tougher than Norseman, due to the characteristics of the run. 40K where 95% is done in technical terrain and there's no place for pacing yourself. I never tought I would run 40K (for me turned out to be 43K due to losing some turns hehe) in such harsh terrain.
Not to talk about th beautiful nature that you come across the whole day...Hope more people get to enjoy this beautiful race in the future!
