I received an email today that Moxy has come out with a new sensor. It looks a lot more user friendly with a longer battery life and the shield included. Does anyone use a Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) to train with? I don't see many mentions of it on this site. Looking at the Moxy forum, it still seems fairly complicated to use and they don't seem to want to prescribe how to use it. The Humon Hex is also interesting at a lower price point and a user friendly app. I was looking at picking up something for winter training, but I'm not sure how useful it would be. Thoughts?
