Hey everyone in AR or surrounding states,

I just moved to Little Rock (West Little Rock) from Utah and had a couple questions.

What are some good routes/roads for outdoor riding? The more safe the better as I recon'd some roads this afternoon and some of the shoulders are non-existent. I only ride outside 1-2 times per week but would love some scenic/cool ride suggestions.

Next question: Are there any ponds,lakes, or rivers that any of you or your tri groups swim in for some open water training? Plenty of water around here but not sure which areas are safe to use or that people actually use for swimming.

Final Question: Any good tri clubs in the Little Rock area?
