Triathlon Run Power Pacing Query

Assuming one believes in running power, has a running power meter and has calculated ones running FTP (Watts) then

What would be the recommended race pacing in
Olympic, 70.3, 140.6 as a percentage of running FTP be?

Its easy to find equivalent recommendations for bike power (in say Friel's books) but I haven't seen these for running. Well at least I didn't see them in either the book by Jim Vance or the Van Dijk and Megen....or maybe I missed them....

Thanks in advance

I have no idea what is recommended, but I've been using the Stryd for 2 years or so. My marathon run pace is at .91 IF. My IM marathon run pace is around .79 IF. My 70.3 run pace is around .87.

It has worked well for me including PRs in all disciplines.
