not trying to start a slowtwitch diagnosis thread. more like a frustrated vent...
seems i have some inflammation in my left achilles area. so, i cant run. i havnt ran since last friday. its hell staying off my legs and not running. im having running withdraws i think.
fortunately i can still get on the bike and position my ankle comfortably where i dont feel anything adverse.
its interesting. i can walk around just fine, ive adapted going up and down stairs at work just fine, however even a brisk walk on the treadmill (much less a slow trot) brings that dull ache that says "stop!"
im just trying to rest it as much as possible while still getting my bike session in, and icing it.
