I would suspect that it's done!
1. Tri business as a whole in North America has been trending down for about 5 years now. Tough/challenging times!
2. Print media is a tough sale right now. I get that, I've worked in the business for years myself. But smart/savvy marketers still make use print to get their brand name/message across. There was a BIG shift to digital, and when I've been selling print, this is what I've been hearing from clients/prospects - "we are putting everything in digital" - but digital, while making sense upfront, and sounding like an attractive alternative, has often been a complete waste for many marketers - again, like everything, you have to be strategic, you have to work it, you have to be relentless in your follow-up, on leads and hits. Social has also taken up big $, time and resources - but it can be even more of a sink-hope for money if not done right!
