I just purchased a Felt IA but need a longer stem and would like to stick to the "aero" profile of their stock stem. Any suggestions?

Yep, felt Dagger stem
You can use it on the IA series, eg IA2 etc with the integrated front ends and still run your cables through it, and it has the attachments etc. for the integrated cover.
You can also use it on the IAx series ( IA 10,12,16 ) you'll just have that unused attachment site for the front integrated brake cover as these ones have a standard brake.
Bonus points, if you are running an IA series bike and want to use a standard aerobar instead of the integrated one, this will allow it.

same thing everyone else said its what i have on my IA. Now running that stem with zipp bar
