People are in general quick to post a negative support review online so I wanted to give a shutout to Giro Customer Service. I opened my Aerohead ultimate pod (helmet case) this spring to find both of my visors cracked. I couldn't find a place to order replacement visors online so I called their support department and they are shipping me out replacements no charge, no questions asked. I have no idea how they broke, but I can only assume I dropped the case or bumped it on something. I think it would be unreasonable to blame Giro or the product for this so I fully expected to foot the bill. If you are considering a Giro product, I will say that every interaction I have had with their support department has been positive.
