My friends and I are trying to formalize or otherwise informal tri club.

I see that USAT recommends that clubs have both general liability coverage and directors and officers coverage: https://www.teamusa.org/...Clubs/Club-Insurance

Just curious as to people's thoughts on the need for this coverage and whether you went with the USAT's recommended carrier. Also, is your club a 501(c)(3) or just incorporated.

Any help in getting us off the ground would be appreciated.
