Why dont more people use hydration vest on the run? especially if you have specific nutrition. They are widely used by ultra runners. Just wondering why I dont see them at Ironman.

Aid stations are every mile in ironman. Not so in most ultras.
If you want to carry, hand bottle should do fine.
