As we are nearing the event, I suppose it would be a good idea of who is actually going to do this thing. So far we have 3 for sure's (of which 2 are female!!). 4 probably. And 4 for sure volunteers. Some updates:
- We have a place to stash your bikes while you swim and run.
- You have the option of doing part of it, or as a relay.
- Some on-course nutrition will be provided by F2C. This means that you won't have to carry any huge amounts of stuff, nor will you die of dehydration on the run between the water fountain at Skaha Beach and the one at Christie Park in Okanagan Falls.
