I’ve had recurrent tibial stress fractures (2 in 18 months) this is being treated but my question here is, it has been suggested to me that perhaps the unclipping on the bike could play a factor, interested to know your thoughts and if anyone experiences pain in the lower tibia from this! I use Shimano pedals.
