So I unfortunately got sick this week leading up to eagleman, Was still able to get my final long (ish) run and ride this past weekend.
Started feeling bad Monday and have been laid up since.
My hope is that it clears by tomorrow. Just a sore throat and head congestion now.
Any advice on potential priming workouts Saturday to loosen back up or should I just continue to rest and just roll the dice
