Training Peaks Workout Builder

Hey Slowtwitchers,

Does anyone know if you can build a range for power in the TP workout builder? It seems not (its based on percentage of FTP). Maybe I missed the option?

1. Click add workout.
2. Select bike.
3. Click on Build Workout
4. A menu should pop up "Choose how you would like to build this workout.
5. The third drop down you can choose between target and range.

You can also go back and edit workouts you have already built that don't have ranges and change each section to range rather than exact %ftp.
