Edited survey: get in your last licks

this isn't you taking the survey. this is you taking a look at the final edit. if you think there's anything left to gripe about, now is your gripe time. not to say your gripe is actionable. nevertheless we want to here it.

Just a general comment, seems like you force us into a lot of answers when really none of those factors are important to us. Maybe add none of the above to several of the questions. Just give an out to where it won’t screw up your metrics.

Question 2 confuses me. Seems reads almost like a double negative. Maybe change "less likely" to "likely"?

Question 12: Would it be worth having a options of "Single, Double, Multi/more than two, Out & Back". I sometimes like having a second go at a loop so I know the course bit better. Push it over two and and I don't care for it.

Question 18: Strava Groups?

Question 27: Too cheap to ever pay for the refundable version?/ Don't care either way.

Great Survey.

Several of the questions referred to friends or clubs, but there was no option for those of use who train solo and do not have friends.

Q3 & 4 - 4 hours is not local. If I need a hotel, its not local. 1 1/2 hours is local if the race is early 2 hours if its later.

Q16 & 17 - why not ask the same about the run.

Q21 - what about, Transfer or refund IF the race is sold out and some-one takes your place. (that's fair to both parties)

Q24 - Depends on the race should be an option.

Q25 - Why leave out duathlon, but include cycling specific and run specific races?

Q29 - Not Ironman Brand, reputation of the RD

Q30 - enforcement of the rules (i.e. drafting)

Q6: The Sprint Olympic cost depends on the circumstances. If the RD offered both concurrently, I'd have one answer. If it was an either/or, I'd have another answer. I don't race long course so no preferences there.

Q7&8. I'd love to do an Off-road ("gravel") race but I don't have an off-road compatible bike (Sorry, I'm not using my PR6). There are no Off-road races here so I have no motivation. It's a chicken/egg. Maybe you need to account for this situation.

Ask a question (or questions) about the desire for Draft Legal racing. I'm looking for non-USAT DL races.
