Or automatic entry systems are getting dumber, since that is what happened here. Much like online comments some places won't let you write certain words. Now what would have been smart is that the bakery folks would have been alert enough to figure it out, but that's probably a tall ask for grocery store bakery employees.

I bet it was just laziness. The decorator was given the text "Summa ... Laude" by the automatic ordering system and didn't want to read the fucking essay in the notes section. No one's got time for that.
