Hed h3c front wheel direction?

is there a specific way that a hed h3c should be rotating? I have it mounted such that the valve hole is on the non drive side. is that correct?

The fat side of the spoke rotates to the front sharp end to the back. Opposite way that Nick Salzar set up Andy Potts trispoke for the photoshoot...

that's correct. if you have a 19mm wide rim it has a valve hole cutout. Cutout on the drive side will make the blunt edge the leading one and the pointy edge will trail.
On the Plus and GT3 we got rid of the cutout. Most of the wheels have a rotation direction sticker, but even if they don't: blunt edge leads and pointy one trails.

Hey, at least he wasn’t using Gatorskins.

Mercy, somebody else gets it!

I can't stand seeing an aero road bike, climbing bike, TT bike, triathlon bike rolling on Gatorskins. You'd think people are gearing up to do a gravel grinder or something.

Maybe as a commuter tire where you've got some gravel and junk in the "gutter" of the road to deal with daily.
