Mid-depth vs trispoke front wheel?

hi all,

a friend lent me an old (narrow w/21mm tire) hed h3c trispoke front wheel. I have a relatively flat TT coming up this weekend. should I use the h3c or my 2014 zipp firecrest 303 (23mm tire)?

I have a rear disk and the bike is a 2016 BMC TM02

A guess, based on a recent conversation with a HED dude... I would bet that the H3C is way faster than a 303. I think it gets to the maybe level when you are comparing an H3 against a Jet 9.
