Problem. Super long arms and legs, tiny body.
I’ve found a suit that fits my body (huub size small) but the arms come to just below my elbows and legs to my knees!
I’m having an extra leg section put on the lower leg to improve leg buoyancy but I get a bit of pull on the shoulders and the sleeves are uncomfortably tight on my arms as they are so far up. Any problem (apart from cold) of trimming the sleeves so they are like short sleeves? I figure this might alleviate the pull.

Long term plan is a custom suit, but currently don’t have the money!
