yes, the idea behind the saddle (like an Adamo) is:
1) it's comfortable in that - in the proper position - it is pressure on bones, not on soft tissue. that's healthier and better in almost everyway
2) it allows you to roll your hips forward
what does that do? well, what it can do is make you more comfortable any - in theory - more aero, by subsequently allowing you to extend your reach and increase your drop. in time, anyway
