Its time to part with an old Friend. I have had this bike for a while but only ride it on special occasions, 6-10 times a year. Its a great ride and I had it decked out for hill climbing. Included with this sale is the custom painted Parlee Z1 frame, matching painted Ritchey WCS Carbon fork with carbon dropouts and a lightweight handcrafted carbon seat post clamp. The frame is built with UNI Enve tubing with Titanium dropouts and Parlee's custom lugs. The custom paint job was done by Allen Edwards in a purple pearl over the bare carbon with purple ice metallic fade to white in the center of the main tubes and the fork end and rear lugs, it's stunning to see. Its in good shape but does have lots of bb size paint chips mostly on the chainstays and some paint missing where the Derailleur clamp was. I touched up some of the paint chips but its hard to match the purple to white fade and my touch up paint is drying out. The original purchase price with the custom paint was north of $8000.00. It as real eye catcher and and a charm to ride but I can't bring myself to train on it nor race Crits.
