Did he say that? Well I guess there was no reason why Trump and Cohen could not discuss a strategy for the situation they're in.

Now, what does it practically mean when Cohen pleads the 5th? As far as I know that only means you're not answering questions but that otherwise doesn't impact an ongoing investigation, does it?
