Hi everyone!
I was hoping to find a group to train with on the South Shore of Long Island. The group I used to train with was on North Shore has gotten more into mountain biking while I became more interested in triathlons.
I don't necessarily need a team but just a workout group for morning swims/rides/runs. I am pretty competitive and would love a group that pushes hard. Any advice would be great!
